Let’s take a look at the steps to franchise with Encorestores. With fast startup times and ongoing support, you’ll be celebrating success sooner than you think.

If you’re a growth-minded entrepreneur, we want to talk to you! And while it’s not required, it’s always a plus if you have a history in franchising or the following experience:


5-10 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the convenience, retail, or foodservice industries


Service in a branch of the U.S. military (not mandatory)

Review Your Qualifications

To franchise with Encore Stores, you must:
Have U.S. citizenship (or permanent residency) and be at least 21 years old Pass a comprehensive background check Not have any other business interests that, in the opinion of Encore Stores, might jeopardize your opportunity to successfully implement the Encore Stores business concept


If everything looks good, a Franchise Sales Representative will invite you to talk business.

Assessments and Meetings

You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your results with your Franchise Sales Representative.

Pick Your Stores

This is an important step! The neighborhoods you select will be the communities you take care of.

We Make You an Offer

If you accept, the agreement is signed — and it’s official.

Training Begins

You and your store designees will participate in six to eight weeks of C.O.O.L. (College of Operations Leadership) in-store training.
