Let’s take a look at the steps to franchise with Encorestores. With fast startup times and ongoing support, you’ll be celebrating success sooner than you think.
Multi-unit
franchising
5-10 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the convenience, retail, or foodservice industries
Service in a branch of the U.S. military (not mandatory)
To franchise with Encore Stores, you must:
Have U.S. citizenship (or permanent residency) and be at least 21 years old
Pass a comprehensive background check
Not have any other business interests that, in the opinion of Encore Stores, might jeopardize your opportunity to successfully implement the Encore Stores business concept
If everything looks good, a Franchise Sales Representative will invite you to talk business.
You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your results with your Franchise Sales Representative.
This is an important step! The neighborhoods you select will be the communities you take care of.
If you accept, the agreement is signed — and it’s official.
You and your store designees will participate in six to eight weeks of C.O.O.L. (College of Operations Leadership) in-store training.
